Battlefront dev provides slight tease on Rogue One DLC progress
We are reaching the dry point between DLCs in Battlefront.
The Death Star has been out over a month at this point and Rogue One is not due out until December. As such, news from DICE on Battlefront is expectedly (even if not desirably) lacking.
Still, level artist Daniel Cambrand recently tweeted out a minor tease on the upcoming DLC’s progress:
Soon done with #Battlefield1 Single Player. So impressed by what's been achieved by that team.
Also, Rogue One pack is going great! #Monday— ᴅᴀɴɪᴇʟ ᴄᴀᴍʙʀᴀɴᴅ (@TearGasJazz) October 24, 2016
While I wouldn’t expect much news for the Rogue One DLC, I hope we get info on a patch soon. Community manager Mat Everett hinted at an upcoming patch for Battlefront on Wednesday. Several devs have also confirmed local fixes. However, DICE has yet to set a date for the next patch.
Especially considering that last month’s Death Star update brought a plethora of bugs, I’d certainly welcome a patch in the near future. Hopefully a patch arrives this week or next; many in the community are reaching their breaking point (and one more).
What are your thoughts on an upcoming patch? When do you think Battlefront’s next patch will be? Share your thoughts in the comments, or give SWGO a shout on Twitter or Facebook.
