Two new units set for Force Arena arrival!
Mobile Star Wars game Force Arena looks all set to receive a couple of new units in an upcoming update.
According to a recent forum post, those pair of units are the Y-Wing for the Rebels and the Riot Control Stormtrooper for the Empire.
The summary of the Y-Wing, which is an answer to the Empire’s “air supremacy” in the game, is as follows per the post:
- When the Y-wing is called into battle, it will drop a photon bomb on top of your enemy.
- The almost instant explosion of the Y-wing’s bombs make the damage difficult to avoid.
- Small units will be pushing away from the explosion range, assuming they survive.
- The Y-wing is best used on clumps of enemies foolish enough to stay together in battle.
Here’s the unit summary for the Riot Control Stormtrooper, which is a “non-lethal set of troops” but “can still dish out a high level of damage”:
- Will attack Rebel units with their Control Batons with no hesitation.
- Riot Control Stormtroopers travel in small groups, and will always target the closest enemy to them.
- Riot Control Stormtroopers have more Hit Points than their fellow Stormtroopers. This is attributed to their strict training.
Finally, the update, which will arrive shortly at 5 a.m. UTC on March 23 (or 10 p.m. PT on March 22), contains a pair of balancing tweaks to the Aqualish Engineer and Wed Treadwell Droid. Both units’ HP will drop from 185 to 162.
