Battlefront celebrates May the 4th with bonus score, free credits & Base Command sieges
Players who log in and play Battlefront today will get some free credits and bonus score thanks to May the 4th.
The free login credits total to 4,444. That’s the same number as last year.
For the bonus score, players will receive double the XP they earn in multiplayer matches. As far as I am aware, EA has not announced an end time for the bonus score event.
Next, if you enjoy Base Command, there are a pair of new sieges to try out in the Battlefront Companion mobile app. Both make use of two new Base Command units: Luke’s X-wing and Darth Vader’s TIE Advanced. The sieges are named “In Darth Vader’s Sights” and “I Have You Now”. Android users can download the companion app via the Google Play Store; iOS users can grab it on the iTunes App Store.
Also, just wanted to note that there are a ton of Star Wars games on sale. You should be able to find Battlefront’s Deluxe Edition (which includes the Season Pass) for as low as US$20 on the system store of your choice.
Finally, if you were hoping for Battlefront II news today, it looks like we won’t be getting any. This information comes by way of the game’s community manager, Mathew Everett:

It’s certainly a bit of a shame we won’t see any new tidbits on Battlefront II, which releases November 17. However, EA PLAY is just around the corner (June 10 to 12) and hopefully we’ll get an information overload during that event!
