More Battlefront II info due to arrive at the D23 Expo in July
Get set for some new information on EA’s Battlefront II at Disney’s D23 fan club expo in July.
The fan convention will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center in California from July 14 to 16. The specific event featuring Battlefront II info is the “Level Up! The Walt Disney Company’s Video Game Showcase”. That event will be held on July 15 at 1 p.m.
Per an official press release:
Experience never-before-seen gameplay, trailers, special guests, and other unforgettable surprises from across the Disney, Star Wars, and Marvel games portfolios in this must-see showcase. Jimmy Pitaro, chairman, DCPI, will kick off the presentation, which will feature many show-stopping moments including announcements from Marvel, and more information about highly anticipated games, Star Wars Battlefront II from Electronic Arts, Kingdom Hearts III from Disney and Square Enix, and more.

In the run-up to EA’s first Battlefront, Disney shared concept art for the Battle of Jakku DLC and a Darth Vader-themed PlayStation 4 bundle during the 2015 D23 Expo. I’ll definitely be curious to hear what we find out this time around; I’m honestly not expecting too many bombshells.
The next big event for Battlefront II info after the D23 Expo is Gamescom. That’ll be held in Cologne, Germany from August 22 to 26. We’ve been promised to learn more about Battlefront II’s space battles at that convention.
