Galaxy of Heroes gets more Rebels content as Gar Saxon joins game in Celebration update
As part of an update in anticipation of Star Wars Celebration later this week, the mobile game Galaxy of Heroes has added Rebels character Gar Saxon.
His addition was announced in a recent forum post.
Gar Saxon is a Mandalorian super commando who allied with the Empire during the early stages of the Galactic Civil War. He appeared in two episodes of the Rebels TV show this past season.
Besides Saxon, the update includes the Imperial Super Commando character. The Ghost, Phantom II and Gauntlet Startfighter also join the game as new ships.
The are also a couple of events to unlock the blueprints of the new ships, as well as the addition of new bundles and packs in the store for the new characters. Beyond that, several bugs were fixed and the Shard Shop was updated to include Director Krennic, Death Trooper and the TIE Advanced.
Gar Saxon’s arrival comes after Galaxy of Heroes added the main cast of Rebels last month. The main cast additions included Chopper, Hera, Ezra, Kanan, Sabine and Zeb.
