Rogue One’s K-2SO free on Android in Galaxy of Heroes!

Thanks to a new promotion, K-2S0, an Imperial Security Droid, is free for those who use Galaxy of Heroes on Android.

According to a post on the game’s official forums, this is a limited-time offer in partnership with Google. No word yet on when or if iOS users will gain access to K-2SO.

K-2SO can be seen in the upcoming Rogue One movie that comes out December 16. The droid is played by Alan Tudyk, who first gained fame for his role as Wash in the TV show Firefly.

The promotion also includes includes a pack with Crystals, Credits, Training Droids and Ability Materials to level up K-2S). Which pack a player receives depends on how much they have spent in Galaxy of Heroes:

  • Starter Pack – unlocks for all players
  • Player’s Pack – unlocks when you spend more than $100
  • VIP Pack – unlocks when you spend more than $200

Additionally, the Emperor’s Demise event is returning, although no date is set just yet.
