Netmarble encourages Force Arena forum signups with community event

Those that sign up on official the Force Arena forums may get some bonus crystals their way soon.

That’s because the game’s developer, Netmarble, is holding a community event to encourage forum signups. The event will reward players with in-game crystals depending on the number of players who register on Force Arena’s official online communities.

You can go register over at the Force Arena forum. Note that it seems you’ll need a social account through Twitter, Facebook, Google+, QQ, or Weibo in order to register. There are also separate Force Arena communities for Japan, Taiwan, and Korea that will also count towards the total tally.

If 10,000 community members register, players will receive 50 crystals. If the total reaches 30,000 members, an additional 100 crystals will be rewarded. After that, a registration total of 50,000 members will award an extra 200 crystals. All told, players may receive up to 350 crystals if the community reaches 50,000 members.

Note that every player in the game will receive any rewards earned in the event, regardless of if they signed up for an online community or not.

At the time of writing, the total number of community members was just south 8,000. That likely means the first drop of 50 crystals is right around the corner.

It appears that this event is ongoing and does not have a deadline.

Crystals are an important in-game currency because they enable you to purchase credits and unlock card packs immediately.
