Here’s what an Inferno Squad helmet from Battlefront II looks like in real life
Inferno Squad—the Emperor’s elite squadron that will play a key role in Battlefront II’s single-player story—certainly provide a commanding presence in their black uniforms.
The group, which is led by Iden Versio, was crafted in-universe after the Rebels destroyed the first Death Star. A novel by Christie Golden that shares its name with Inferno Squad is set to release this July. The game’s campaign will follow the squad’s story after the destruction of the second Death Star.
With the squad rocking such a cool look, a user on Twitter has embarked on a journey to recreate an Inferno Squad uniform. Under the name InfernoSquadBuilder, this account began shortly after the game was announced last month.
InfernoSquadBuilder has been busy getting all the pieces for the outfit this past month, but the coolest bit so far just arrived:

The helmet itself is a custom build, as opposed to being a modified TIE Fighter Pilot helmet.
InfernoSquadBuilder previously shared pictures of other bits of their outfit, including a chest rig with vinyl shoulder patches, ammo pouches and leather boots and gloves.
As a side note, I really wouldn’t say no to an official version of an Inferno Squad helmet being released as a tie-in for Battlefront II. It would make for a great collector’s edition of the game!
Battlefront II arrives to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on November 17. Keep up-to-date on the game by connecting with SWGO on Facebook or Twitter.
