Cinematic trailer for SWTOR’s Knights of the Eternal Throne released!
The cinematic trailer for Star Wars: The Old Republic’ upcoming expansion, Knights of the Eternal Throne, was released earlier today.
The expansion also got an updated info page, which confirmed a December 2 release date.
Here’s the nine-chapter expansion’s description on that info page:
Battle to rule the galaxy in Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ – Knights of the Eternal Throne, a bold new digital expansion from BioWare. Be the Outlander and command a team of hand-picked allies as you face one of the most dangerous families in Star Wars™. Mother against daughter. Sister against brother. There are also three pre-order rewards for the expansion by becoming a premium player by the dates listed:
- Shae Vizla companion (October 25)
- Rapid Recon Walker (November 27)
- 3-day early access (October 25-November 27); Early access begins November 29
Premium players will gain access to the expansion for free.

Certainly a slick looking trailer! I’m not a huge fan of MMO-type games, but I might give SWTOR a go sometime (hopefully it might also improve my coverage of the game!).
