Latest Galaxy of Heroes update adds Director Krennic, death troopers; teases new character
The latest Galaxy of Heroes update arrived today and it included a certain Imperial with aspirations.
That Imperial is none other than Director Krennic, who is a new support character for the Empire. One of his death troopers also joined the fray.
There will be a Special Operations event coming soon to earn shards for both Director Krennic and the death trooper.
Other items to mention from the update notes:
- Kylo Ren will be the login character for February.
- The Citadel Pack will appear after the start of the upcoming Special Operations event. It guarantees five shards for Director Krennic or the death trooper with a chance to receive 30 shards.
- Starting in March, Grand Master’s Challenges will rotate between Yoda and Palpatine events. These events will begin on the second Thursday of each month and will last seven days.
- Shoretrooper has been added to the Light Side battles (Hard) for Tatooine 9-B.
Additionally, the notes included this teaser image of an upcoming character:
No word yet on who this character may be. However, I’ve heard Darth Nihilus and Reven both tossed out as possibilities. Either character from the Knights of the Old Republic games would be an interesting choice—both technically fall under the “Legends” banner currently.
